We are excited to announce Alyssa and Jesalyn to our team, again, but as FITNESS coaches! Recently, they both became our Nutrition Coaches, and now we are welcoming them into the CDP.
Both will be going through our CDP (Coach Development Program) to become more skilled in coaching human movement, where we emphasize a standard of excellence.
Please congratulate them when you see them.
Alyssa Arnold attended the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh where she studied Business Administration in Human Resources.
From a young age, Alyssa developed a love for athletics through soccer. She continued playing through her 4 years at UW-Oshkosh. Soccer gave her a way to channel her competitive spirit while surrounded by an awesome community. It’s no wonder that 2 years ago, when she first stepped into a CrossFit gym, it changed her life for the best.
Alyssa instantly fell in love with CrossFit, and she has become very passionate about the CrossFit Community. She admires that every day, people of various backgrounds come together to push one another, to be better versions of themselves.
She is excited to become a part of the Badger community as your Member Specialist, Nutrition Coach and now Fitness Coach! Alyssa is looking forward to assisting members, building relationships, and showing off pictures of her Pomeranian named Kiwi.
Jesalyn Johnson was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI and currently resides in Oconomowoc with her husband and three children, 17- and 5-year-old sons and 18-month-old daughter. She also was a college athlete and ran for the UWSP track and field team as a 400-meter sprinter.
Jesalyn has over 10 years working as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Four years ago, she was introduced to CrossFit through an outdoor boot camp and since then, she has never looked back. She recently finished her CrossFit Level 1 Trainer course and her certification as a WAG nutrition coach. Her focus as a coach is to pass on her excitement for fitness and help each client reach and maintain their individual goals with proper knowledge and encouragement. When she’s not doing CrossFit, she loves to spend time with her family, doing outdoor activities, and trying new foods.
