Some good news! We're officially in our spot with keys in hand, which will allow us to get to the painting, cleaning, and general maintenance on the place.

We're currently working on the bathroom build-out, cleaning the space from the old tenant's belongings, cleaning the floor, painting the walls, fixing the exterior and some other little things needing fixing.
