Fitness has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I started in competitive gymnastics at a young age, where I learned discipline, hard work, body awareness, and the value of community. After finishing collegiate sports in 2019, I still craved that drive and connection, and thanks to a friend, I found my way into a CrossFit gym. One class in and I was humbled, but hooked. I learned a lot about myself as a person and an athlete and knew I wanted to help others on that same journey. I’ve been coaching since 2023, and my focus has evolved beyond helping people move better. I strive to help people live better.

When I first started CrossFit, I was focused on becoming the strongest, most skilled athlete in the room. I chased every PR, every skill, every win, and while that drive pushed me far physically, it also narrowed my perspective.

Coaching changed that. I realized fitness isn’t just about hitting the biggest lift or getting the next skill. What really matters is everything in between the milestones- showing up even when you’re discouraged or when life gets busy, the support you feel after a hard workout, or how a simple conversation can turn someone’s whole day around. Shifting the focus from performance to people is what made me fall in love with coaching.

I coach because I want to help people grow in every capacity. I want to create a space where people from all walks of life can show up and feel at home. Where movement becomes the foundation of who you (we) are and influences everything else in our lives for the better. To me, CrossFit represents what life should look like- showing up when it’s hard, cheering for others even when you’re struggling, and letting discipline shape you into the person you want to become. I coach to help provide the tools people need to become the best version of themselves.
