Don’t give up pizza: Sweet potato crust recipe

When I first did Whole 30 (read more about the clean diet challenge here), I was on the struggle bus when it came to giving up the coveted gluten — especially in my pizza.

That’s when I tried the many versions of crusts that claimed to be the best — cauliflower, potato starch, tapioca, almond flour — and then I came across this gem: the sweet potato pizza crust. Offering a naturally sweet base, this winner is paired best with other sweet flavors (onion, bacon, artichokes, tomato).
