To get started, we separated our programming into two categories based on an individual’s fitness experience and goals — FUNCTION andCrossFit.

Which program is for you?

  • NEW to functional fitness or CrossFit…

you will start with FUNCTION MKE. Your first class is free.

We structured FUNCTION MKE to acclimate you to functional fitness movements done at high intensity without complex gymnastics or barbell movements. FUNCTION MKE allows you to progress at your own rate and is an effective, long-term fitness program by itself. You can choose to stay in FUNCTION MKE classes or, after one month, move to CrossFit classes depending on your goals and interests.

  • NEW but interested in CrossFit classes?

you will start with FUNCTION MKE. Our coaches will determine when to move you to CrossFit. After your first month in FUNCTION MKE, attend one of our weekly CrossFit Prep classes, where you will learn complex weightlifting and gymnastics movements. How many FUNCTION MKE classes should you take before CrossFit Prep? This is determined individually and by a coach. After getting started with a FUNCTION MKE membership, we can always transfer your payment and membership over to CrossFit.
