CrossFit

A 60 minute training program that builds functional strength and conditioning with constantly varied workouts that are sure to provide superior results in all aspects of fitness. We combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results. We utilize everything from the basic (but all-important) squat to the most technical Olympic lifts and make it workable for anyone at every level. We train your body to be capable of taking on the physical challenges of real life so that you can enjoy life and do the things you love.

Nutrition Coaching

Dial in your fitness by way of wholesome, fuel-focused nutrition. We’ve created a fine-tuned nutrition program, powered by Working Against Gravity, to ensure that every minute you spend in the gym pays off — mentally and physically. Our nutrition coach will work with you to help you turn your sweat sessions into the results you’re after.

BadgerBody

BadgerBody is a training system that prioritizes quality of movement over intensity. Functional bodybuilding and controlled methods of movement are used to help athletes fulfill their ‘functional capacity.’ This methodology is beneficial to athletes because it can enhance performance and buffer against injury. For non-athletes, it helps them look good, move well and gain mental clarity in a specific way that the body was designed to move (aka Functional).

KidsCare

We love having children at the gym and have a designed Kids Club room to keep your little one(s) safe during workouts. Children are welcome in the room during any class by filling out a waiver. We also offer supervised care during specific classes. Interested in bringing your little one for supervised care? Just let us know and we will get you access to our reservation system to reserve your child's spot during supervised times.

Kickstart Classes (Semi-private training)

All new clients receive a 15 point assessment that will help us visually and physically assess your abilities. This is done over the course of 1 week (3 classes). We use a unique system called the Level Method, which will assess your mobility, strength and overall conditioning in all areas of fitness! This way, our coaches can understand your strengths, address mobility concerns, and expose your weaknesses to prescribe you with your next step(s)!

In these 3 classes, you will get:

An initial In-body Scan to see your bodyfat and muscle!
1-Month of Unlimited CrossFit or Function classes included.
Nutrition Guide and Accountability
Coach to member ratio will not exceed 3 people!
