Function

Function is a revolutionary training program created by the minds at Badger CrossFit. Function allows beginner or new athletes to get started with higher intensity, functional movements but in a non-intimidating way. It incorporates the same functional movements that are seen throughout CrossFit but with a specialized focus on burning fat, increasing your cardio and creating strong, lean muscles all within a high-intensity workout coached by experts. Whether you are looking for something new or want to add some variety to your current fitness, Function builds the balance between strength and cardio, teaching you about body mechanics and functional movements, and builds confidence without complex barbell or gymnastics movements.

CrossFit

A 60 minute training program that builds functional strength and conditioning with constantly varied workouts that are sure to provide superior results in all aspects of fitness. We combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results. We utilize everything from the basic (but all-important) squat to the most technical Olympic lifts and make it workable for anyone at every level. We train your body to be capable of taking on the physical challenges of real life so that you can enjoy life and do the things you love.

Nutrition Coaching

Dial in your fitness by way of wholesome, fuel-focused nutrition. We’ve created a fine-tuned nutrition program, powered by Working Against Gravity, to ensure that every minute you spend in the gym pays off — mentally and physically. Our nutrition coach will work with you to help you turn your sweat sessions into the results you’re after.

BadgerBody

BadgerBody is a training system that prioritizes quality of movement over intensity. Functional bodybuilding and controlled methods of movement are used to help athletes fulfill their ‘functional capacity.’ This methodology is beneficial to athletes because it can enhance performance and buffer against injury. For non-athletes, it helps them look good, move well and gain mental clarity in a specific way that the body was designed to move (aka Functional).

KidsCare

We love having children at the gym and have a designed Kids Club room to keep your little one(s) safe during workouts. Children are welcome in the room during any class by filling out a waiver.

We also offer supervised care during specific classes. Interested in bringing your little one for supervised care? Fill out the waiver above and contact us at info@badgercrossfit.com to add the free KidsCare to your account. This gives you access to our reservation system to reserve your child’s spot during supervised times.

Pre-teen/Teen Strength & Conditioning

WHAT DO WE DO:
We specialize in teaching kids and teens how to move and lift weight in a safe and fun environment.  Starting at age 8, we start teaching body awareness and how to pick up objects with good form.  As kids mature in age, we start introducing dumbbells, barbells and more weight as their form and body allows for it.  As they approach our Teens class, we coach them personally in proper weightlifting and Olympic Lifting form.  

Our classes are 45- 60 minutes long and include a warm-up, a skill or strength section, a workout, and a cool down.  Each class is led by a Certified CrossFit Coach who specializes in how to safely work with kids as they are growing and maturing. 

CLASS LEVELS:
Pre-teen (Ages 8-12): 
Teen (Ages 13-17)

CLASS TIMES AND SESSIONS:
Pre-teen: July 13th - August 21st: 2-3pm with Coach Justin Haun and other coaches, Monday/Wednesday/Friday
Teen: July 20th - August 28th: 4-5pm with Coach Tylor Rockwell and other coaches, Monday/Wednesday/Friday
