Led by our dedicated coaches, each class is built to offer an opportunity for strength and functional growth. We scale everything to meet your ability and provide a workout designed to increase your skills and intensity.

  • Function

    Function is a revolutionary training program created by the minds at Badger CrossFit. Function allows beginner or new athletes to get started with higher intensity, functional movements but in a non-intimidating way. It incorporates the same functional movements that are seen throughout CrossFit but with a specialized focus on burning fat, increasing your cardio and creating strong, lean muscles all within a high-intensity workout coached by experts. Whether you are looking for something new or want to add some variety to your current fitness, Function builds the balance between strength and cardio, teaching you about body mechanics and functional movements, and builds confidence without complex barbell or gymnastics movements.


  • CrossFit

    Our flagship program is based on the CrossFit methodology’s prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity.” Our CrossFit workouts combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results. Our CrossFit classes build strength, endurance, agility, technical ability, and general awareness of body and mind by training movements that support functional ability and translate to real life.


  • Bootcamp

    Bootcamp is a 6-week fitness and nutrition program created with the beginner in mind. We have taken our experience with functional, results-oriented fitness and created the perfect program for new athletes before they take on Function or CrossFit classes. Our Bootcamp program is designed to help you lose weight and lower your body fat percentage in a challenging, smaller community.  Bootcamp offers:

    • Group workouts scaled to ability
    • Specifically designed nutrition plan
    • Body measurements and metrics
    • Nutrition and fitness counseling
    • 1 on 1 life coaching

  • Nutrition Coaching

    Dial in your fitness by way of wholesome, fuel-focused nutrition. We’ve created a fine-tuned nutrition program, powered by Working Against Gravity, to ensure that every minute you spend in the gym pays off — mentally and physically. Our nutrition coach will work with you to help you turn your sweat sessions into the results you’re after.

    This program pairs you with a nutrition coach from our gym who has been screened, trained and certified to teach you the ins and outs of meal prepping, weighing, tracking and more. Your coach understands that every physical body is different. They listen, adjust and help you learn how to make sense of your own anatomy and relationship with food. Because no two bodies are the same.

    We do this through:

    • An initial phone call with your nutrition coach to get to know YOU and what your current diet and lifestyle look like.
    • An individualized nutrition plan and approved foods list tailored to your needs and goals.
    • Weekly check-ins to help with accountability, struggles you may be having, and possible adjustments of the program to ensure continued success and progress.

  • Personal Training

    We offer personal workout programs to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Your personal trainer will develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is togain muscle or lose weight. Or injury prevention, post-rehab, movement and performance assessment.

    A “Full Session” is 60 minutes of one-on-one attention from a coach, designed to be a complete session from warm-up and skill development to conditioning and cool-down stretching.

    A “Skill Session” is 30 minutes spent with a coach, focusing on a single movement or skill. This is a great option for someone looking for more personalized attention in developing a more complex exercise (like the Olympic-style lifts or gymnastics movements).


  • BadgerBody

    BadgerBody is a training system that prioritizes quality of movement over intensity. Functional bodybuilding and controlled methods of movement are used to help athletes fulfill their ‘functional capacity.’ This methodology is beneficial to athletes because it can enhance performance and buffer against injury. For non-athletes, it helps them look good, move well and gain mental clarity in a specific way that the body was designed to move (aka Functional).

  • Weightlifting

    Our Weightlifting program is held anytime the gym is open. Through weekly accountability, programming, video analysis and more, this class is perfect for athletes interested in developing their skill in the snatch and the clean and jerk. It will focus solely on Olympic-style and auxiliary lifts, which help develop efficiency and coordination in the snatch, the clean and jerk, and other related lifts, as well as general strength.
