What is Badger Bootcamp?
Bootcamp is our new high-intensity interval training (HIIT), core-focused and nutrition program. We have taken our experience with functional, results-oriented fitness, removed the heavy barbells and complex movements to create the perfect program for new athletes before they take on FUNCTION or CrossFit classes. Our Bootcamp program is designed for you to lose weight, lower your body fat percentage, and get toned up in a fun and challenging environment.
Led by Tina Martin, and sometimes our other coaches, the Bootcamp is a 6-week program that challenges you to make small changes and create positive healthy habits that in turn help you become happier and healthier. You will work directly with a Badger Coach who will personally help you implement these habits (nutrition, exercise, mobilization, sleep, hydration, lifestyle,and mindset). At the conclusion of the Bootcamp, you will have a full understanding of how to continue to lead a healthier life, saying good bye to silly diets and exercises that make no sense. Expect to see real, tangible results.
What to expect?
Every workout, movement, and piece of equipment we use is scalable, which means we work with any fitness level. We will never ask you to lift more weight than you can handle or perform an endurance exercise you are not physically able to do. Our trainers will continually coach and motivate you all while encouraging you to improve your performance. Our Bootcamp program is slightly different from our CrossFit program. The class uses lighter weights, lighter dumbbells, lighter kettlebells, plyometrics, TRX, core strengthening, medicine ball work, with an emphasis on Cardiovascular training.
Workouts are constantly varied which means every workout challenges you and ensures progress. Some exercises will be familiar and others will be new and challenging.

ENROLLMENT DAY: May 1st
CLASS DATES: Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays at 6:30pm for 6 weeks!
GRADUATION DAY: June 8th
COST: $200 ($49 to reserve your spot. Remainder will be charged the start date.).
What you get…
1. High Intensity Interval Training
Our Bootcamp classes are 60 minutes. The class uses lighter weights, lighter dumbbells, lighter kettlebells, plyometrics, TRX, core strengthening, medicine ball work, with an emphasis on Cardiovascular training. Our Bootcamp program is designed for you to lose weight, lower your body fat percentage, and get toned up in a fun and challenging environment.
2. Nutrition focus
Nutrition is the building block of health and we make it easy to stay focused and accountable. Each 6-week session of Bootcamp includes a 4 week plan to get your diet on track. Details will be provided in the session.
3. Constantly Varied Workouts
The Bootcamp program focuses on functional movements performed at high intensity that are constantly varied. That means each class provides new and challenging workout that builds upon the previous. We keep your body guessing and the fat burning.
4. Personal Training
Bootcamp is designed to have a focus on providing you with a personal training experience in group atmosphere. Our trainers are invested in you and will keep you accountable in your fitness and nutrition goals.
