All new clients receive a movement assessment that will help us visually and physically assess your abilities. This is done over the course of 1 week (2 classes).
We use our unique system which will assess your mobility, strength and overall conditioning in all areas of fitness! This way, our coaches can understand your strengths, address mobility concerns, and expose your weaknesses to prescribe you with your next step(s)!
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in group classes, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit-style workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in CrossFit you may graduate to our regular Group Fitness classes and get the full CrossFit experience!
In these 2 classes, you will get:
• An initial In-body Scan to see your bodyfat and muscle!

• Coach to member ratio will not exceed 5 people!
