September Committed Club (2019)
Things are continuing to heat up as we move into Fall and prepare for the 2020 CrossFit Open and Affiliate Cup!
Congratulations to a huge group of members for their dedication to training, wellbeing, and health! Being a part of the committed club is an honor and a testament to fitness performance gains. The more you’re at Badger CrossFit, the closer you are to your goals! Many came, but didn’t RSVP and Check-in to classes. To be a part of the committed club, you must check in and WOD 15 times or more in one month. Details are here.

When you see Karen Martino, give her a high five! Karen is the winner for being “Committed” making it in 17 times this past month and being in the committed club 8/9 months so far in 2019! She joined Badger in February of 2016 and has stayed dedicated to her fitness ever since. She started in Function and added extra training with our Weightlifting 101 course to continue to improve herself. She is consistently making her health a priority attending 5am classes regularly. Awesome job Karen!
