This weekend, these two guys, whom I've had the great pleasure in training and assisting them with in their preparation for the World's Toughest Mudder, are ready!!! Here's the rundown: World’s Toughest Mudder is the culminating event of the 2011 Tough Mudder Event Series, and will be a two-day challenge with one goal: to find the toughest man or woman on the planet.

UPDATE: We've moved the location of our Holiday Social WOD from Cafe Hollander to Firefly Urban Bar + Grill, right across the street pretty much.

Good news! CrossFit Green Bay is hosting the first part of the Midwest Garage Games! It's on January 7th, a Saturday, and will be all day.
