1/14 WOD: We're a team.

In most CrossFit WODs, we stress you on learning how to make yourself more comfortable with the uncomfortable. We want you to be the best you you can be in everything. But the other important thing is your community, your team. We are all part of the same BCF Team. It doesn't matter if you have been with us from Day 1, or this is your first day, this is your team. When you are part of team, you work hard together, you play hard together, you support each other, you console each other, you celebrate victories, and you rally each other in set backs. This built-in family allows you to succeed because you always have your peeps backing you up. Some of you will be stronger, some of you will be faster, some of you may be neither, but you ALL are important to the team. Push each other along! Push yourself for your team!
