10/24 WOD: Technical

We all get to that point where we want to stop. You are tired. You are sore. Your muscles are burning. You are breathing hard. You are not getting the sleep you want. You have much to do but not enough time. Your boss is hammering on you. You are running a business and a family. Do you ever feel like you want to stop? Sure you do. When you get to that point you are basically at a crossroads. You can choose to stop or keep going. Keeping going is just a matter of small goals. When you are spent in a workout, instead of stopping, tell yourself to do one more rep. You can always do one more. The more times you do that, the further you push that line of quitting. Give yourself some small goals to achieve. Dont look at the entire workout, take it piece by piece and break it into small chunks that you know you can do. Again, this will help you to push that quitting line back further and further each time. And in the end those who can stay in there the longest and not stop will come out on top. I challenge you to test yourself and see what your body can really do. Your mind will control your body. Be in control of your body and your life. See what you can really accomplish!
