10/27 WOD: Heavy work = muscle.

Strength: Bench PressWOD: Jerk - 5-5-3-3-1-1-1 (Find max jerk)then....Death by Jerk/push press. Every minute on the minute, perform 1 jerk, second minute 2 jerks, and so on, for max of 12 minutes.
