Top 5% of the top 5%!![/caption]Mindset is a hugely important thing when you are working out. If you go into a heavy lift and think there is no way you will get it, then guess what...you wont. If you are in a tough metcon and you are thinking how hard it is or how tired and hurting you are then guess what......you will feel EVERY ounce of pain in it. Your body will do what you tell it to do. But this is a learned skill. It takes time to be able to tell your body to keep going. Sure everyone says it, but then when it gets hard they stop. Each and everyday you need to test your limits. Yes its hard and uncomfortable but its only an hour a day. The benefits you get will not only be in the gym, but in every facet of your life. Life gets hard and those that can handle the pressures will be the ones that advance. Do you want to advance?Starts TODAY! Last chance to get in on this. A fun challenge.
