11/26 WOD: Burpees with a catch

The holiday season is in full swing. It's a time to think about all the things you are thankful for, for all the people in your life that make it great, to give to others less fortunate that you, to forgive, to be happy, to enjoy, to love. But don't forget to take care of YOU. You are unable to do all of these great things during the holiday season if you don't tend to yourself as well. They say you can't love another until you love yourself. Basically you cant do anything unless you take care of yourself. Don't make yourself be the last person on your list. Take care of you.
