2/1 WOD: "300" Workout - Movie?

Being comfortable with the uncomfortable is the secret to success. Every infomercial on TV gives you ways to make everything in your life easier. Who wouldn't want to take a pill and have the body of magazine model? But the fact is that life is NOT easy. There are struggles each and everyday. There are money issues, medical issues, job issues, family issues, etc, etc, etc. Those who can last the longest in the struggle will get the furthest and reap the benefits. Within the walls here at BCF, you test yourself to see how much you can take EVERYDAY! When you feel your muscles burning, stay in there just a little bit longer. When you think you are totally done, do 1 more rep. Pushing this line back will translate into pushing back the pain that life brings to you. Be able to take more.....and you will get more!!!Strength: 15 minutes to work hi-hang snatchWOD: The "Original" 300 Workout (as said by actors)Pullups - 25 repsDeadlift 135 lbs. - 50 repsPushups - 50 reps24-inch Box Jumps - 50 repsFloor Wipers - 50 repsSingle-Arm Clean-and-Press with 36 lbs Kettlebell - 50 repsPullups - 25 reps[learn_more caption="NEWS"]**RSVPing to classes start next week!**Please be sure you’ve completed the EFT draft form for 2013.
