3/19 WOD: "Death by..." CJ Ladder - KEEP GOING!

How to we keep going? How do you keep moving forward, doing one more rep when you hear that little voice in your head say "STOP/REST"? It's so easy to say "just keep going" when you aren't tired (you may think this when I'm saying it to you! haha). But when you are gasping for oxygen, muscles burning, etc. then its a different story. How do you do it? Try to stay calm and look for the little goals that you can accomplish to keep you moving forward. 1 second less rest, 1 more rep, resist the undeniable urge to stop. Do everything you can to attain that goal. When you do it, do one or two more reps in addition. This small trick will allow you to get more reps without stopping. It also trains your body and your brain to keep going even though it is hurting. With an increased ability to push when its difficult, you will be abe to get much further in every aspect of your life. Life is just a series of difficult WODs.
