Welcome to our shiny new website! Yay! Please feel free to explore our new and updated content!Here are some things you need to know!1. There are a few "log-in" options you have. -You can gain access to your zen planner account by clicking on the "member login" tab located toward the bottom of the screen on the right hand side.-You can gain access to member specific documents and event notifications by creating a wordpress account specific to You can create this account by going into the blog section of the website. A log-in prompt is located on the left hand side of the page. You can register for a log-in username and password there. As of now, we have not loaded any of those member-specific documents.2. Starting at the beginning of next week, there will be a blog post, posted every evening at 7:30pm, which, along with other content, will include the movements for the next day's WOD. These posts will not include the rep scheme.3. We have high hopes for the blog and we're hoping to post a wider variety of relevant content which will include testimonials and interviews, write-ups on physical and mental performance, recipes and nutrition content, and community events.4. Over the next few weeks we will be adding additional content and may be making some changes to drop-down menus and potentially some wordage. We appreciate your patience as we make these changes!
