4/11 WOD: Ouch, my legs hurt

If you are a regular Facebooker, you probably have seen the ARTICLE about the Victoria's Secret models and the pictures of them before they were "photoshopped", then used in the magazine. Even though I'm sure most people figured that this is a normal process, its good to actually see what these "most beautiful women in the world" really look like. The fact of the matter is that we need to STOP seeing the women in the magazines as what our ladies are supposed to look like. Its not everyday that you get to have the lighting just right, or the perfect make-up artist working on your face, or the computer geniuses softening and toning up our bodies up to perfection, digitally. One of the things I have come to really love about CrossFit and BCF is that we actually make women look the way they are supposed to look. Women are not weak, fragile beings, that cant do this or that because they might "break a nail". Women are strong, women are powerful, women are fast, agile, graceful, and women are beautiful. If you look at the women who CrossFit, you will find tall, you will find short, you will find curvy, you will find them smaller and you will find them bigger. But the sexiest thing about it is that they look the way they are supposed to look! And no matter which of the list above you might see, they all looks strong, fit, sexy, and beautiful!
