4/30 WOD: Happy wall climb fun

May Elements has begun with a bang. We've got some great athletes coming out and many more who have never done CrossFit. It's for everyone of all abilities!Also, 30 burpees for 30 days, starts tomorrow May 1st. You can do them anywhere, at any time. But the 30 must be done as fast as possible. Record your time each day and we'll see how much things improve. Also, ensure you don't miss a day. If you do, you'll have to make up the day on that day. Don't be doing burpees forever.
