6/25 "Tuesday"

A note from Coach Tyler:"The other day I read an amazing article by Allison Belger. Belger writes about the anxiety we feel when we work out in front of others. She points out that this anxiety usually has to do with our own insecurities. You may remember a time when you thought something along these lines..."If I drop this bar, I'll look stupid.", "If I don't do this movement as well as so-and-so others may think less of me.", or "What will my neighbor think of me if I fail?"This an interesting phenomenon and it is something that plagues almost all of us at some level. The only time we can really get to our best performance is when we do it for ourselves. Don't care what others think. Don't care if you fail as long as you're trying your best. Don't let these things, or others, get in the way of your improvement! Here is a link to the article>http://psychologywod.com/2013/04/28/have-an-audience-how-do-you-handle-the-pressure/."Strength: Back Squat 8X4 @ 80% – rest at least 2 minutesWOD: 30-25-20-15-10-5 Wall Ball, KBS, with 10 box jumps after each set.RX: 55/35 L3: 35/25 L2: 25/15[learn_more caption="NEWS"]***Do you have UnitedHealthCare for your health insurance?
