7/14 WOD: Partner Saturday

If you haven't been to our partner Saturday classes, you are missing out on fun times! It's not only fun, but the workouts are very challenging. So don't think you won't get a good workout in.Run 400m200 air squatsRun 400m150 push presses (45/35)Run 400m100 pullupsRun 400m50 burpeesWith a partner you must complete all the reps as needed. While one partner runs, the other has to hold a plank. No rest greater than 5 sec.
