8/28 WOD: Body blasters

Long video, but worth your time if you’re at all interested in recovery and dealing with minor injury.Looks like we were all wrong, science says ice is not the fastest way to heal and recover. The key is to keep moving. Ibuprofen….bad, it actually interrupts the healing process. There are 3 steps to the healing process and #1 is the inflammatory response. If that is delayed or interrupted the whole process is slowed down or stopped.Developments in science and medicine will continue to develop. Keep your mind open and adapt; see what works for you.
