Announcing BCF's 1st Annual In-House Fall Throwdown!!!

Competition is what makes us go beyond our limits in ways we didn't think were possible. Get outside your zone and join us for the 1st Annual Fall In-house BCF Throwndown. We want to continue the competitive spirit of other events with our very own competition. On Saturday, Oct. 20th, all athletes are welcomed to participate in a 3-WOD battle for bragging rights and some cool prizes! We will be having two divisions, RX (competitive) and Scaled (fun), so that everyone can modify the movements if need be. The top three winners in each division will reach the podium!Even if you are not wanting to compete, come on by and support your fellow athletes. This will be an awesome community event! We will be having lots of extras at this as well (think massages, etc.)! With the CF Games Open season coming up in February, get ready to challenge yourself and see what competition is all about! Below is the schedule for the morning. Specific heat times, WODs and assignments will be released soon!WHEN:October 20th, 2012Itinerary:Athlete Check-In: 8:00am-8:15amWOD 1 Standards: 8:15am-8:20amWOD 1: 8:30am-9:30amBreak: 9:30am-9:45amWOD 2 Standards: 9:45am-9:50amWOD 2: 10:00am-11:00amBreak: 11am-11:15amWOD 3 Standards: 11:15am-11:20amWOD 3: 11:30-12:30pmAwards/Ceremony/Food 'n Beer: 12:45pm-1PMWHERE:Badger CrossFit HQWHO:Any BCF athlete!HOW:The scoring system we will use will be as follows:1st place will receive 1 point, 2nd place wil receive 2 points, etc...
