(Sorry for blurry photo)[/caption]Name: Bobbie Harrison-VogelHometown:Milwaukee,WIAge: 37CrossFitting since: May/2012Favorite WOD or movement: Any type of squatsLeast favorite WOD or movement: BURPEESWhat is your fitness background? What were you doing before CrossFit? "P90X Spinning Eliptical Tae Bo"How did you get into CrossFit? I saw what it did for my friends. How have you changed since starting Badger CrossFit? My body has started to "reshape", I have WAY more endurance, I'm stronger, I eat a lot better, sleep better, my knees and back hurt less, I'm WAY more motivated, my house is cleaner, and my life is more organized (strange). What are your goals for 2012? Where are you in terms of achieving them? Initially I wanted to lose weight, however it's not about that now for me. I do want to be able to fit into my pre-pregnancy jeans (almost there!), but I now I want to continue to get stronger, build my endurance, do a pull-up un-assisted, Tough Mudder, do push ups off my knees, climb the rope and maybe Crossfit games, eventually : )What makes Badger CrossFit unique? I also like the tight knit "community" feeling you get when you're working out, and everyone is willing to help, cheer you on, and make you feel like you're part of something, and the feeling you get when you leave knowing you just accomplished another hard, challenging workout.Any best BCF stories? I don't really have any stories, but the best part so far is I've only been doing it for a little less than 2 months (Tyler note: she's at 8 mos now) and I've lost almost 10lbs, my body fat % has gone down, I've lost inches, I'm almost back into my skinny jeans that I wore before my first child, and everyone has noticed and I'm constantly asked if I'm working out and what I'm doing to get this way.Crossfit! Crossfit! Crossfit! What advice do you have for people just getting started? If you stay with it, push yourself and challenge yourself, great results are unavoidable. Also, you don't have to be an advanced athlete, or in really good physical shape to start doing it, it's for everyone.
