How many times have you been in a situation where you were thinking about something that was coming up and you ended up making it a far bigger deal than it really was? Whether it's an interview, asking a girl or guy out, looking for a house, or psyching yourself out for bench mark week it is VERY easy to get caught up in the hype.We get so concerned about "what might happen", and end up "what ifing" every possible situation. This wastes tons mental energy. Save all that needed energy for when you really need to respond! Ignore the little stuff that really doesn't need much attention and concentrate on the things that matter most- family, friends, and fitness.
